Gender Trouble is a documentary project exploring the impact of drag culture in the UK. Inspired by Judith Butler’s work, it uncovers hidden stories of identity, resistance, and self-expression. Through intimate interviews and vibrant performances, the research shines a light on how drag challenges societal norms and amplifies voices that have long been unheard. This project also helped my master’s research thesis and marked my introduction to the world of media in research.
